What started off as some quick outfit photos along the gorgeous streets of La Jolla ended in a long walk along a beautiful secluded beach with white sand and turquoise waters!
I did say I like boardwalks, didn’t I?! This one in Mission Bay, San Diego was quite small, but entertaining nonetheless!
Hang onto your hats (with both hands!) because Santa Cruz is w-i-n-d-y!
My second favorite place in LA would have to be Venice! Being just minutes from Santa Monica meant that Venice shared the same bright, white sandy beaches, which instantly shot it up to the top of my list. Venice had a boardwalk with the standard beach food: funnel cakes, corn dogs, and pretty much anything you can think of, fried.
Santa Monica was the first place I visited in LA and by far my favorite! In fact, I stopped by there every day I was in LA (if you can say “stopped by” in LA- the traffic makes everything a trek!). Santa Monica Pier had a similar vibe to Santa Cruz, which is one of my most frequented day trips from San Francisco, with small amusement rides and an arcade.
