It’s bougainvillea season in San Francisco!
There are never a shortage of beautiful houses covered in bougainvillea of all shades this time of year. Since we have a moderate temperatures year-round, the “season” actually lasts much of the year, but I’ve missed the few months when the city wasn’t covered in blooms! This bougainvillea bush/tree/vine (it can grow in all three ways!) was something we found while walking in the Castro to the new Le Marais Bakery and I had to stop and take a photo (and when I don’t have a cute outfit on, I always make sure to snap a photo of them on my phone anyways)!
My CECloset mules are also covered in adorable blooms… of the embroidered variety, that is 🙂 They also come in a golden yellow and they’re absolutely gorgeous! Forget just having flowers in your hair, let’s have them on our feet, and everywhere, for that matter 😀 The more, the merrier, I think!
